Philosophy of care

"I'm looking forward to getting to know all my patients and their families. It's one of the aspects I love most about family medicine. I believe it is imperative for patients to feel informed about their health issues. I want them to feel comfortable approaching me with their questions and concerns. My goal is to keep the communication lines open at all levels of care."

I have been coming to the New Berlin office for over 20 years and will continue as long as Dr. Renee Knapp is there. She is excellent. Dr. Knapp is a very caring compassionate doctor and you know and feel that she really cares.

Dr Knapp continues to monitor my overall physical and mental health as I age. Exactly what a General practitioner is supposed to be doing. Her referrals have been fine over the years that I have seen her.

I always have a great experience with Dr. Knapp and her team. I moved out of the area but continue to see her due to her professionalism and care. All of her nurses are great as well!
