During my visit, I had all positive experiences. While scheduling my visit, I experienced slight frustration using the online scheduler, because it wanted to select a physician for me, even though I had a specific doctor I wanted to see. I found it much easier to make the appointment over the phone instead.

I would really like it if all providers in the ProHealth Medical group had the same process for scheduling follow up and referral appointments. Stop telling me I can always schedule through MyChart because that is not always the case. The instructions given to me to schedule should match to the policies of central scheduling.

Dr. Lambert was kind and helpful. She asked good questions and was open to working through alternatives to my concerns.

I was very pleased with Dr. Lambert. It was my first visit with her and she was very professional, understanding and seemed to care about my concerns and me as a patient.

The doctor's aid wrapped my leg in a vert sticky wrap. It was very difficult to get off when I got home and left adhesive on my skin.

The experience was excellent, from making the appointment, to checking in and meeting with the doctor. I was in and out within a half hour. All the staff was courteous and professional.

Dr. Lambert is the best doctor we have ever had. She's thorough, caring, listens and explains things easily. I feel very confident in the care she provides.

Dr. Lambert listened to all I had to say and gave good advice.

Visit was fine BUT I think the last few questions were against privacy laws, without option to skip. I wont do a survey for you again if it's like this.!

Dr lambert was condescending and made me feel bad about myself. I had a serious health condition that she down played. She acted annoyed to answer questions. She had poor bedside manner and a flat affect.
