The tech that was checking me in was chomping on gum so she was hard to understand. She could not pronounce the names of my meds which slowed the process down which made the doctor cranky and overly hurried.

The service that I received when I had my visit was very pleasant. This was my first time having her as my provider and she was very kind and precise. I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed and done in a timely matter. I look forward to the next visit.

The trainee who gave me my flu shot gave it in the very bottom of my deltoid muscle. I tried to tell her to give up higher and to use 3 finger breadths below the acromium process but she did not listen and did not measure. I have small arms. She needs more training
