Carrie Lapow, DNP

I really appreciated Dr Lapow introducing herself by explaining her credentials and years of experience. This helped us trust her with our baby more easily, and she had a calm and professional manner.

Carrie Lapow has been a great change for both of our children's primary care she listens, is calm, and has fantastic communication.

I noticed my son's eye was red and bothering him, but he didn't have the usual discharge that he has when he has pink eye. So I sent a message to his provider asking if it could be pink eye, even without the discharge. Instead of answering my question, they told me he should be seen. So I hauled both of my kids a half hour away to see Carrie L and she told me "No, that's not pink eye. If it was, there would be discharge." I was very frustrated that I wasted time and money to be told exactly what I had asked in a mychart message. Had I been told that over a message, I would not have brought him in. I've been to Carrie's office three times over the last few years. The receptionist and triage nurses are very friendly, but I haven't been impressed with Carrie in general. She sometimes makes me feel embarrassed for bringing my children in to the doctor, or like I'm doing something wrong with regards to my children's health. She may not mean to do that, but I've left her office twice feeling very defeated as a parent.

Muskego Clinic is my favorite to go to. Everyone is so kind and helpful. A well ran clinic. Thank you!

We love Carrie Lapow and her staff. We always get fast answers when we email through the app and we always get in very quickly and she's never in a hurry and always very thorough. I highly recommend.

I like how through Carrie is with her assessment exams. Overall great provider.

Have seen Carrie LaPow for many years, has always been nice and careful/attentive.

My daughter has always been terrified as she enters a consult room but with Carrie she has been doing really well. She's overall a good care option for my daughter. I feel like her nurse doesn't listen and doesn't let me talk though.
