I do not like the kiosk check ins. They never work properly and after I enter the information requested I still end going to the desk to check in.

Dr. Larson is the best Dr I have ever had. I really feel she knows my medical and personal information, and she takes my concerns into consideration when giving me recommendations or new prescriptions. If I call her office, or send her a text, I always receive and answer too my question within 24 hours.

I always have lab drawn after my visit. This time I had one level that was really high(potassium, not one that is good to be high). My provider messaged me the same evening about the high level and said she wanted me to repeat it as it was very abnormal for me and probably dangerous. She didn't say that, I'm a nurse. I repeated it and the second value was way down within normal limits. She contacted me asap with the good results. I always have a good experience with my doctor and ProHealth.
