My son has a prescription for a controlled substance. When I initially called in a refill (I had an appointment and the prescription was valid and correct) the refill was sent to the wrong pharmacy. The entire time my son has been a patient through this provider we have used the same pharmacy. It took 4 follow-up phone calls over the course of almost 2 weeks to correct this error. In the meantime, my son was without his medication for a few days. The receptionists were friendly each time I called and they tried to help me. I understand that mistakes happen, and making the first phone call to fix the mistake was not a big deal. Making 4 calls for the same issue was disappointing.

The only complaint is that the connection for video visits is TERRIBLE! We had to repeat a lot of things. Our wifi is great so it's not on our end.

This was a virtual visit. Please keep them. Saves time, gas and the stress of driving to the clinic. My son likes this option as well.

Dr. Larson is a great doctor and always listens & explains things well. It is easy to make an appointment. With Dr. Larson you do not feel like just another number, he cares about your wellbeing.

Doctor did not listen attentively to what I was saying as evidenced by the notes in the after visit Summary. Dr. did not give good explanation on why & how a medication should be stopped.On-line (e-check in) was a frustrating experience as well.
