Excellent as always

The provider did not adequately address my primary concern regarding ongoing TMJ pain and asymmetry. While general resources such as physical therapists and dentists were mentioned, no referral or clear guidance was given, and I was repeatedly told surgery was not an option without explanation. My concerns felt dismissed rather than explored, and I did not feel fully heard or respected. This seemed to be treated as a cosmetic concern rather than functional and comfort oriented. The appointment followed the full allotted time, but communication and attention to my medical questions were insufficient. Staff seemed cold and uninterested.
