I used the ProHealth care estimate system to understand costs. After reviewing I informed the receptionist I did not want to use my insurance as it is a high deductible and the estimate system showed a significant savings by NOT using insurance. Thus far I have received invoices at nearly 30% higher than the estimate for a check up, lipid and metabolic panel.This gap between estimate and actual is unacceptable. It is misleading.

The Dr. Lesniak is always attentive and fully discussed all aspects of my aging health.

It was a pre-op appointment. Got blood tests and an EKG, which led to a stress test. Found out some important things about my heart that I would not have known otherwise.

Provider asked me if I want to have another provider referral. I said yes, so provider gave me phone # to call before I called, other provider sent me a a voice mail to contact them.

I am a pharmacist - oops. With a great deal of continuing education in pharmacy with a great deal of pharmacology. I've been Dr. Lesniak's patient since he arrived in Hartland.

Outstanding quality of service. I didn't feel like I was on a time clock. Answered all my questions.

I'm very happy to be back in the Pro Health network.
