Good we need to call and schedule a scan about my heart, as not important now, it has been a problem with my parents.

All great - gave advice on screening tests coming up, put a plan together on bloodwork for future health decisions including need for supplements. Gave advice on minor ailments which helped quite a bit in alleviating concerns and avoiding additional unnecessary tests. We accomplished a lot.

Dr. Lewis is always thorough in our visits. Generally available through the app.

Dr. Tracy Lewis is the best PCP anyone could ask for! I am one not always trusting of a physician. I can honestly say though, that the four years I've gone to her, she makes me feel at ease, and I trust her 100%!! I Feel confident that she always has my back, and I know I am getting the very best care possible!!!

Always fantastic! The only MAJOR issue I have w/Prohealth,the company that has been hired to handle calls & scheduling. Always RUDE, DO RELAY MESSAGES CORRECTLY, THEY REALLY DO NOT WANT TO HELP! This system is HORRIBLE. Have complained w/woman in charge of system at WMH & she stated (We have to adapt it is here to stay) Prohealth focuses on patient care & respect but dropped the ball w/outside company. These are the 1st individuals we contact for appointments & they diffently turn you off w/ their negative dispositions. The receptionists in Neurology are very rude. We are patients whom have complex medical issues & to be treated that way. Also alot of the times you are on hold heavy call times claim. None of this happened before the system was switched.

Have been seeing Dr Lewis for over 20 years and have always been pleased with her care
