When I saw the doctor he seemed knowledgeable and gave me the impression that he is consientious and well versed in his profession. My only concern is that my issue of concern is with my heart. When I made the appointment, bI had never seen or needed to see a " Cardiologist". To a person that never had cause to see a specialist about a possible heart issue, having to wait over a month to see said specialist generated a good deal of anxiety. If one has a headache or a cold; a few days wait is reasonable. For a potential malady that could be terminal, the wait time can and does generate anxiety ( stemming mainly from my not knowing what it could be.)) I appreciate today's doctors being busy, their affiliation with corporate run medical facilities, specialization, scheduling, having to work out of multiple locations, etc. That said, please know that it still boils down to the would be patient having to worry long days without an inkling of what could be wrong. I come from a family that had members that were "Family doctors" that were always available to address a patients situation ""when the patient needed the doctor"" rather than today's doctors seeing patients when their schedules permit. It is a new world today. More is the pity.
