The worst part about any visit with ProHealth is getting through to schedule an appointment. It took me 4 tries where I waited at least 30Minutes on hold before I couldn't wait any longer. Then I finally called determined to wait and after almost 40 minutes finally got through

Dr. Miso is a pleasure to be around. He takes time to see that he understands our concerns and definitely listens to our questions and concerns.

Waterford needs a nice cafeteria. The people working are hungry and looked like they need extra food!

I came to the Waterford office, meeting my new physician for the first time. I was at the clinic to have my ears cleaned as I was aware that I wasn't hearing as well as normal. The nurse assigned to this task was great. She worked and worked to accomplish the task. When the procedure was complete, she went to speak to Dr. Miso. Apparently, she was perplexed as to why she wasn't able to clean my ears to her satisfaction. Dr. Miso examined my ears, and much to everyone's surprise, he discovered that the "cones" from my hearing aids were embedded in ear wax, which was blocking the nurse's ability to complete the procedure. Dr. Miso was able to remove the cones, and the nurse was then able to complete the task. My hearing was greatly improved. I left the office being very impressed with the commitment to excellence that was delivered!

Excellent visit. I wish that the Waterford clinic was used more by other people because it's a great place to go with great people working there. I live east of the clinic in the Town of Norway and have never seen any advertising for the clinic even when it opened and I live only 8 minutes away from it. I think you are missing a big oppertunity to get more patients there by not expanding your advertising past Waterford.

Dr Miso has a great demeanor, knew my relevant health history, addressed the questions I had, made helpful recommendations & was thorough in the exam. I feel good about going to him for my healthcare.

Once again I have received excellent treatment and care from Dr. Miso! The receptionist and intake nurse were also very professional, nice, and quite caring in their respective roles. Overall this was a great visit to my doctor! Thank you so much for taking great care for me!

No problems

I created and saved a family medical history in MyChart. Nurses and doctor did not have, or were not familiar with it. I would have brought a print-out had I known the medical professionals were going to ask so many questions about my family history and not have readily accessed my family history file inside MyChart. It is more detail than I can remember and recite in a person-to-person visit. I assumed they would have read it. I will bring a print-out In the future. This is an opportunity for improvement. Perhaps a limitation of MyChart software?

This was my first visit with Dr. Miloslavic and I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge he was about my medical history. He really spent time before we met, & was very familiar with my history.
