I'm very happy with Dr. Miso.

Once again I have received excellent treatment and care from Dr. Miso! The receptionist and intake nurse were also very professional, nice, and quite caring in their respective roles. Overall this was a great visit to my doctor! Thank you so much for taking great care for me!

No problems

I created and saved a family medical history in MyChart. Nurses and doctor did not have, or were not familiar with it. I would have brought a print-out had I known the medical professionals were going to ask so many questions about my family history and not have readily accessed my family history file inside MyChart. It is more detail than I can remember and recite in a person-to-person visit. I assumed they would have read it. I will bring a print-out In the future. This is an opportunity for improvement. Perhaps a limitation of MyChart software?

This was my first visit with Dr. Miloslavic and I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge he was about my medical history. He really spent time before we met, & was very familiar with my history.

It was excellent. Everyone is always so helpful.

Dr. Miloslavic listens to my questions/concerns and takes the time to answer them thoroughly. I respect him for having the knowledge and giving guidance, but allowing my healthcare to ultimately be my decision.

Excellent care

Everytime I am there everyone is very polite and friendly to me and answer any questions I have asked. Everyone there is on top of any health issues that you have. I enjoy coming there. I feel safe with my health there.
