Debra Muggler, MD

My experience with Dr. Muggler did not meet my expectations. During my appointment, many of my questions were answered with general information rather than specific guidance or actionable recommendations related to my concerns. I also had the impression that my medical history had not been thoroughly reviewed, as there were several aspects of my health that I would have expected to be discussed or followed up on but were not. The visit felt more transactional than empathetic, and I left feeling that I still needed to search for answers on my own. While I understand that communication styles vary, I did not feel heard or supported during the appointment, and overall, the experience was not a good fit for my needs.

Debra Muggler is a great doctor. She definitely helps the Pro health experience. Helps me understand my health!!!

I came in with a really bad cat bite. Dr. Muggler was thorough with questions, looking at it and telling me about the antibiotic she was going to put me on. She prescribed it, I took it and It's gone. Dr. Muggler aways is professional when I come to her and I've been coming to her for years.

I received an immediate response to the MyChart I sent on a Friday afternoon & was given an appointment the following Tuesday. Amazing! Dr. Muggler was, as always, attentive & well-informed as to my chronic issue and clarified next steps. She also shared her reasoning and made herself available should further symptoms or issues arise. Because she is competent and caring, she effectively puts my mind at ease.

My experiences with Dr. MUGGLER are always collaborative. She always responds to email promptly.

One of the receptionist was coughing pretty heavily and blowing her nose. I felt she should not have been working with patients.

None of the GPs are of any use. They just want to pass you off to a specialist.

Overall I think my doctor is good. I think my being older any new concerns are not looked at as warranting further investigation. I do feel if I had a really issue based on her understanding, she would do what she could to help me. Sometimes the doctor's hands are restricted by protocols.
