Experience with this visit was good. I felt heard about my concerns even though my primary is currently on maternity leave, I was offered options to get care from other providers in the practive until she returns. I am currently waiting to hear back from the behavioral health team. My one critique is that I had asked to also discuss family planning during this visit but it was not going to be discussed until I had brought it up when we were wrapping up the appointment. I was told to either wait when my primary comes back in october or reach out to the other OB in the practice to set up a separate appointment to discuss. With all of the Roe V Wade things happening, I think it is important to be more timely and take requests of this nature more seriously when a patient asks/inquires about family planning. I plan to follow up with the other OB in the practice very soon to discuss my options. The provider I saw at my appointment was great and I am glad to have been seen by her

The nurse practitioner was very thorough and careful, which I appreciated.

Since my regular Internal Medicine doctor had no open appointments when I called, Mary Muth was able to see me at the New Berlin site that same day. This was my first time meeting her. I found her to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. She even ordered and set up an immediate head CAT scan at the Riverwood facility. I would certainly recommend her. Very good experience.

Bradycardia was found with the EKG taken during my visit. I was told to follow up with my electrophysiologist if it happened again. I expected that the provider to reach out. Maybe that is an unreasonable expectation in today's health care environment. I did reach out to cardiology and am waiting for a response after 2 days.

I had a tooth abcess, and, thankfully Dr. Mary Muth could see me almost immediately! I called, got in to see her around an hour and a half after calling, only waited 5 minutes, if even, in the waiting room, discussed my issue, got my prescriptions called in to my pharmacy, they were ready when I got there! Thank you to Dr. Muth for seeing me quickly and for being so understanding!

I have an assigned PCP but have not seen her due to sick child and other reasons and have seen the NP. NP was excellent. Labs we're ordered and am wondering whose responsibility it is to let me know results of these labs? The NP did send message in My Chart and then I wanted to wait to discuss until all my labs were back. Another RN then contacted me regarding the importance of getting a prescription. Why doesn't my PCP contact me regarding test results? Is this normal procedure these days to have such a disconnection of care? I guess I'm "old school".

It was all good! I received my 2nd COVID-19 booster & my arm where I received the injection turned red, was sore, hot to the touch & itchy. I was told it was not a bad reaction & she gave me a steroid cream. Helped me a lot! Love, my ProHealth Medical Staff.

Mary was a pleasure to see. So much that I have asked for her to be our primary care provider. With my issues with prior primary at clinic, Mary was a breath of fresh air. I hope to continue to use her for my children n I care.

Just felt we paid for nothing. No exrays, no nothing. It was mainly just to check-in with no results. Was just sent to OAW.
