Philosophy of care

"As a provider, my goal is to work alongside my patients to help them manage their health care needs. I strive to establish open and honest relationships so they feel comfortable communicating freely about whatever challenges they are facing. Medical issues can be treated in a variety of ways, and I believe it is important to be able to talk with patients about their options so we can choose the one that best aligns with their goals."

The check in process is terrible. The machine had me do a 2nd check in with live receptionist to provide a signature for a form. If I can check in electrically and then use a pen pad with living receptionist to sign document electronically why couldn't I just sign at the kiosk? I also had blood labs immediately after my primary doctor visit and made me check in with kiosk AGAIN to which I was prompted "can't check in see receptionist" and had to sign ANOTHER electronic signature. Seems efficiencies could be found with electing to sign electrically at kiosks

He provided some professional and personal advice for me becoming a soon to be dad. Otherwise he still checked what he needed to and was efficient doing so.

Dr. Narloch is amazing. He listens and explains things in a way I understand. Plus he takes time to my questions and puts my mind at ease. I don't know what I'd do if he wasn't my Dr. He is exceptional.

Nurse very pleasant, questions more conversational than just checking boxes. Dr Narloch was awesome responding to each of the literal list of questions I brought and being very understanding of my concerns
