“Helen Keller felt her hearing loss was more devastating than her blindness because it isolated her from people rather than things. My goal is to provide the highest quality diagnostic and rehabilitative service to patients who are struggling with hearing and communication difficulty. Understanding the impact of individual hearing loss on everyday living is essential in educating patients to make informed decisions about their hearing health care.”

Dr Nelson is an audiologist so some questions didn't really pertain to this visit. Dr Nelson is very nice person and listens to my concerns very well. She is a most helpful physician.

Doctor always seems to be in a hurry - has to get on to the next patient. I don't like how that makes me feel.

This is an audiologist. My complaints are cost and only one provider.

I had a hearing test from this doctor. She did not explain to me that she would test one ear at a time so during the test I was alarmed that I could only hear in one ear. She did not explain when she was testing the left ear and when she was testing the right ear.Since this was the first hearing test I've had, I didn't know what to expect and it was not explained to me. If I have another test in the future I would ask for another doctor.

I simply told Dr. Nelson my hearing aids were not working as well as they had, and she increased the volume. Worked fine.

I had a hearing test and Dr. Nelson explained the results.I will see her again in 2 years for a follow-up appointment.

I only see this provided for my ear phones.

Dr Nelson explained what she was going to do as qwe were going along and showed me the results and explained them to me. If I had any questions she would explain an answer me.

I had a hearing aid fail and an important even coming up. Dr. Nelson made an opening available & their office notified me. Dr. Nelson found a way to help me and I left the office with a working hearing aid!! She is very compassionate.

I am obviously having trouble with my old hearing aids; but no one has done a specialist exam of my ears to see if they themselves need attention other than external hearing aids.
