Philosophy of care

“Helen Keller felt her hearing loss was more devastating than her blindness because it isolated her from people rather than things. My goal is to provide the highest quality diagnostic and rehabilitative service to patients who are struggling with hearing and communication difficulty. Understanding the impact of individual hearing loss on everyday living is essential in educating patients to make informed decisions about their hearing health care.”

I was very happy with all the staff and the provider I saw. I was having difficulty at the first little machine at the door I did pre-register and got a barcode on my phone but then it just disappeared and then I forgot my pass code and the lovely lady at the front door got me through it I felt a little embarrassed. Upstairs with clerks were very nice and the doctor I saw was great thank you

I was told I have alot of wax in my ear,But she was not avsilable to clean it. This is the 2nd time a Dr. Said I had alot of wax in my ear, but did not clean it.I was told I would have to have PCP or ENT doc would have to do it. Why can'y a doctor do it??

It took > 6 mo. to get the appointment & when there we were rushed through. The instructions for the hearing test were "here's a button." Then the results were not reviewed with us.

Dr. Nelson and her staff were wonderful to work with. Dr. Nelson was kind, thorough, did an excellent job explaining and offering solutions. She Intelligent, articulate, and passionate about her field of audiology - I will recommend her to family and friends.

I was called a bout a cancellation of an appointment, I made It on time but waited 45 minutes over due.

I received a hearing test to see if I needed hearing aids. I was referred to her by my G.P. She was professional, courteous explained things well, & answered my questions.

I was very lucky to get in the same day I called for appt. otherwise it would be 2026 till the next available appt. - this is unbelievable & unacceptable! Took an appt. that was just cancelled.
