A very good doctor.

The appointment was efficient and Dr. Nemeth was flexible with my wish to have the appointment be virtual.

Everyone I came in contact with at this visit was pleasant and professinal. I received the care I expected.

Dr. Nemeth is a dermatologist. Saw him for an unhealed lesion. Diagnosed and treated immediately. Also spotted another topical issue and prescribed medication. Very businesslike and efficient.

I never got the results of the test that I'm sure I'll be billed for.

Receptionist instructions were a bit unclear to understand. Kiosk was froze. Hopefully she was able to input my new insurance information.

The MD provider was excellent. The wait time for an urgent care visit was unacceptable. We waited hours upon hours and found out during our wait time that the receptionist lady forgot to put me on the urgent care queue. The waiting room was very dirty with germs. Even though many people come through with contagious respiratory illnesses there was NOT one person who came through to use disinfectant in the waiting room area nor were there any disinfectant wipes for patients to use on chairs, touchscreens, etc. Same with patient care area waiting rooms. I ended up getting a respiratory illness after leaving the New Berlin proHealth care Urgent Care that day. Also the x-ray technician brought in a wheelchair to transport me to x-ray and brought in the wrong size (one for a 100 pound pt and I weight 379 pounds) and would not initially correct it even when verbally mentioned to her. I tried to get in it to be respectful but I almost fell over. If I would have gotten in it I would have gotten stuck in it. After I almost fell over she then brought me an appropriate sized wheelchair. Please note that my reason for visit that day was severe pain after a fall, so almost falling over in the provider room made everything worse, not better pain-wise. The provider MD was excellent but the overall office atmosphere was horrible - unclean, full of germs without observance of proper sanitation, long wait times, and bad customer service overall.
