This was the first appointment I had with Melissa. She answered my questions and explained some things I didn't know about. I'll see her again in the future.

It was an excellent and thorough appointment. I was encouraged to continue my treatment and to keep improving - and Melissa was kind, personable, and encouraging.

I made an appointment to see a certified medical doctor, waited more than a week for this appointment , paid my 45$ to see this doctor and ended up with a physicians assistant. WHAT A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!! And yes I am angry. She kept the report and I was suppose to see across the room what she was pointing to/referring to. Would have been nice to have had a copy to follow along with. Yes I am angry. I have an agency calling that I have never heard of to set me up with equipment. Is this the sleep apnea group??????? I have no idea. And YES I am very angry with this entire situation!!!!!!!!!

This provider was very upbeat, perky and positive. She provided excellent information and was very supportive. The appointment was a very positive start to my day.Unfortunately, I was late to arrive but the appointment before mine cancelled and the provider graciously saw me anyway. I was very appreciative of that.

Everything went as planned. I was very happy with my appointment.

I was very resistant to getting a CPAP but Melissa was good at explaining the benefits.

Melissa was informative,helpful, and very kind.

This was a virtual visit that had technical difficulties on our end the day before but they were very understanding and quickly rescheduled for the next day.

This visit was a followup visit regarding my ongoing CPAP study and the use of my equipment not regular health issues. She is not my primary care provider. She listened to any concerns regarding sleeping issues. It was a very good visit.

I believe the office call was a waste of time and could have been handled over the phone or via messaging on MyChart. The provider herself was fine.
