Dr. Papson is a phenomenal care provider. she took the time to sit and talk with me and did not seem as though she was in a rush. she truly cares about her patients.

It was a first visit with this doctor and I was very pleased with how it went. We talked through everything I needed to and she listened and helped with ideas and a future plan.

I am very unhappy with how difficult it is to schedule an appointment with Dr. Papson. She is very booked up into the year! When I have an illness/concern for myself or my child, I don't want to be seen by someone else, I want to be seen by MY chosen physician! Do the doctors in ProHealth Care have too many patients? I am also not happy that when it is so hard to schedule an appointment with my doctor in the first place, I have to schedule an ADDITIONAL appointment for a "med check" just to refill medications!!! Why can't it be done in MyChart, and she can contact me if she has any questions or concerns? Why couldn't it be done during my annual physical? Why is a discussion to refill prescriptions a separate visit, when I'm already there?! It is a waste of time for me and for Dr. Papson! It is a waste of money for my insurance company to have to pay for an additional office visit! These are not improvements in your medical group in my opinion!

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Papson, as my previous physician had moved away. Dr. Papson had familiarized herself with my medical history. She made sure all my questions were answered in a manner I was able to understand. She was patient, kind, funny, put me at ease immediately. She suggested some changes and then summarized everything at the end of the appointment. I am delighted with my new PCP.
