This visit was with my respiratory physician. I use a C pap and have an annual visit and discussion of data from my C pap that my physician receives remotely. Since I feel very good and really did not have any problems to discuss, I had a nice chat with my physician while he explained the date that he checks from my machine and advises me how well I am doing. It was a very positive visit and I'm doing fine. We have an appointment for next years visit. I also feel free to call the doctor should I need to discuss anything or have questions for him. He is very through and I have a high regard for him.

Dr. Pareja Zabela is an excellent Sleep Disorder Specialist. He explains everything clearly and takes plenty of time with me. I will note that I lucked out getting an appointment In a suitable amount of time, but if that appt would not have been available, I would have had to wait 3 months for an appt. And I think that is too long.

I would like to talk with a supervisor about the appointment. I would also like to know how I can get the care team notes corrected. There are inaccurate statements about what I said and about my experiences.

I switched to Jose Pareja so I didn't have to drive to Milw. I am very pleased with the care I got. He's very thorough. Would definitely recommend him and I'm thrilled he's local.
