I had an alright experience with this provider. Thank you.

I wanted to speak to the PA or doctor and struggled to make that call happen. When the nurse did call late in the day (~5pm) it turned into a lecture. I was told that I have a UTI without symptoms. New to me but ok. Waited 4days for results of culture then told it was compromised. Repeated then negative but already on antibiotics. ?? Not good Still have not spoken to doctor or PA

Nurse practitioner was informative and so incredibly kind. So was the nurse I saw before my appointment and the lab. Wonderful!

The provider was very helpful.

I started out by calling the 800 number to get an appointment. This lady is a GEM!!! She listened carefully to me (I really needed help) and put me thru to my Dr's nurse and she listened to me carefully and said to come in right away and SHE got on her computer and found this appt with Raelee to see THAT VERY DAY! (thank GOD because I was sooooo dizzy!) Saw Raelee and put in orders to see a PT specialist. I called when I got home and got to see one --again THAT SAME DAY! He diagnosed my problem and got me going with eye exercises and I am 59-60% better after a week+. THANK YOU TO THE FIRST LADY ON THE PHONE THAT GOT ME GOING ON THE RIGHT PATH and to all the others that kept pointing me in the right direction and to my PT therapist that diagnosed me correctly and now I'm getting better despite the fact that he said I had a "very severe case".

It seems that my PCP is always too busy to see me so he sends me to his physicians assistenance,urgent care.

Raelee Penzi is very good at her job. She makes everything easy to understand, is very pleasant and she spends however much time needed to make sure I understand what is being done/ said

The appointment was for a routine follow up with my doctor's physician assistant. She was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I brought up a couple of other questions I had, she answered them to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to see her again should the need arise in the future.
