Insurance coverage was removed from my records. The lab tests were not submitted to insurance. I discovered this when I arrived at the clinic for my physical exam. The receptionist added my insurance coverage information. I submitted this issue to billing and am waiting for resolution.

My pharmacy notified me a Rx was ready and I was never called about this Rx.Told Dr. Peters that I do not use my chart and would like a phone call regarding my test results. I ended up calling them because they never called me

Good experience & after 7 months of not having a check up, it was good to be back. Most "questions, comments, concerns were answered. I did forget to mention to Dr Peters that on occasion when I get up from sitting on couch & or chair, I get dizzy spells probably due to my diabetes? If I can get an answer/ opinion on that "b 4" next visit that would be Great.

In his notes Dr stated that he was was taking over my care of my diabetes care. He did not discuss this with me and I object for him to violate this boundary. I still see a specialist for that and I will be seeing her in March. If he is taking over my care for diabetes I will need to be searching for a new specialist.
