It was all good! Dr. Phelan is an amazing doctor. She is kind, caring, compassionate, Intelligent, knowledgeable , and very thorough. And the staff is delightful!

Dr Phelan (and her nurse) are always personable, kind, and thorough. She asks good questions and follows up on issues from my last visits or regarding other health care providers(PT, ENT, etc). She answers my questions without condescension or assumptions. Love and trust her very much!!

Your Hartland facility is terrific. They run all departments efficiently and appointments are generally always on time.

My OBGYN moved to the veteran clinic so I was told by MyChart that I needed to have a woman's check up. I asked people close to me if anyone knew of a good woman's doctor so I was told by my sister and two other friends that she was the best. I was exceptionally pleased that Dr. Phelan and staff are wonderful! Dr. Phelan was professional yet personable, intelligent as well as aware of my concerns with great compassion! She also provided sound care, an extraordinary sense of humor, was prepared & answered all of my questions. It is obvious that she thoroughly enjoys her job & patients. I certainly will refer others to her as well as immediately return if need be! Doctors such as Dr. Phelan are difficult to find and I especially enjoyed that I did not feel pressured to hurry with visit nor with asking questions. Excellent doctor and the staff is kind, attentive, & explained everything in detail! Thank you for offering such a wonderful experience!
