Considering I need some mental health support I feel I was treated very well and sent to the right specialists

I went because I had surgery scheduled. I hate going to the doctor because they try to sell you procedures' that are not necessary, pap (over 60 don't need), mammogram( don't want to get squished), because If there Is an Issue It makes It worst), bone density, blood work, vaccine (that's like asking for cancer). I have gone to the doctor with issues and they are never addressed, example I hurt all over, Tired all the time and every time they order blook work all they say is everything looks good. They don't go any further and I walk out of there like they are not listening to me, which they don't.

Andrea is one of the best health care providers I have ever seen!She listens to every concern and addresses them to the best of her ability and knowledge (which is vast) when she's not sure of the proper protocol for a condition, she will research it until she becomes knowledgeable enough to give me the proper advice. I feel seen and valued after an appointment with Andrea. I'm usually nervous when seeing any healthcare provider, but seeing Andrea makes it feel like I'm visiting a friend who cares about me.

Andrea was excellent, easy to talk to, was prepared for wrist, thorough in her exams and followed through timely with great information in a situation that was tough for me.

I answer the questions the best way I had time for. I hope for the most part is okay, what time I had. I stay busy.... It's 8:23 pm shortly going to bed up at 5-5:30 am.

Andrea explained everything clearly so I would understand everything. I appreciate her excellant follow up with me on MyChart. Always, always great communication. Love her and wish were more like her. Keep up the great work. Andrea is a great asset to ProHealth.
