I sent a message on My Chart that I was having pain in my right hand, lower abdomen, knee and foot, swelling in hands and ankle and a productive cough. In 10 minutes they wrote back asking if I could come on at 115. I was anle to see the PA, Rebecca, who was very thorough, and she did my vitals and took blood to test for rheumatoid arthritis. The care was excellent!

I originally went in for blood work but because I was in such pain they made room in the schedule for me to see someone with very little wait. I was very impressed by that--just showing up & being able to be seen.
