I needed a pre-op physical and my PCP was not available in the time frame needed on-line. When I called for an appointment, this provider was assigned. The experience was excellent.

I registered using the kiosk and the registration was not received. I waited more than 20 minutes and was considered a no show. I was able to be seen by NP Ann eventually.
