Ann was very professional and personable. I felt very comfortable discussing my health issues with her and she definitely helped me get to understand what could be going on. Everyone in the office was approachable and professional. I was very pleased and comfortable with my experience.

Excellent care

The entire check in process with the kiosks sucks. Whoever designed as well as persons who approved the design and layout should be re-educated into the world of healthcare and patient mobility and mental accuity.

Ann Rodenburg very clearly explained the procedure to irrigate my ears to remove the earwax that was impacting my hearing, and after the successful procedure she also explained the possible 24-hour wait before my hearing would be completely restored. I'm very grateful to her and Pam who did the successful irrigation that removed the earwax for their knowledge and experience-a great team-and I can now hear again with the help of my hearing aids.

All of my concerns were addressed and solved.
