I could not be happier with this first time experience with this doctor!

I always make my appointments the first appointment of the day because I work full-time. The earliest apt with this provider is 8am, which is an hour past my work start time, so I already need to make time up at work. The apt was not on time. I was there early and at 8:05am had to ask how much longer is the wait. This seems to be a repeating problem.

I'll be sending Dr. Rychter a questions via MyChart about a medication we talked about and whether my insurance will cover it.

Dr. Rychter is professional but also personable. She LISTENS! And explains options.

The parking lot markings are horrible. Are all the spots handicapped or for patients. Very difficult to understand. Please have facilities correct this issue.

I met Dr. Rychter as a new patient since my cardiologist left ProHealth. I was very pleased with her caring and explanation.

When I came to the dr.'s office I put my info into the kiosk, the kiosk never said I was in the waiting room, and had to talk to receptionist.

I was very impressed with Dr. Rychter's knowledge and attitude, she was easy to talk to and explained everything so that I could understand!

Dr. Rychter is in cardiology and because of family history, I started seeing her years ago. She is very pro-active, listens, sympathetic. I have recommended her.
