The doctor provider is excellent The team who answer the phone when we call ProHealth , the team ( and I had talked to several members) they are the worse possible. Rude to the point they drop the call literally on purpose, they don't let us finish our sentences and try to guess or name our needs , reason we are calling, without any understanding.

Dr Sanchez is great.

Always a pleasure seeing Dr Sanchez. She is very thorough, always listens and explains everything. She seems genuinely concerned about me and my health concerns.

Dr. Sanchez is so upbeat, very positive. I always feel very happy after seeing her.

We've been with ProHealth Care for 25+ years. We commend you all for keeping community based, patient oriented care. I'm the envy of a number of my friends who are with other organizations. A number of others have moved over to ProHealth. I cannot recall one complaint from ProHealth members we know. Keep up the good work! Dr. Sanchez and her assistants Kelly and Lisa are wonderful and competent.

Dr. Sanchez is amazing. She takes a holistic view to addressing my concerns and improving my overall wellbeing. She's so supportive, and I leave every appointment feeling l like I have the motivation and confidence to make meaningful improvements in my life. She is by far the best doctor I've ever had!

The answer to the question about, did anyone from the providers office follow up with results, was answered no . However, results were sent to me vis MYChart but no one ever called to talk to me directly. Need to clarify this question in the future.

The doctor's nurse took a while to warm up to me and after a bit, she was more personable. A bit too stiff of a personality for that position. I know she's quite shy but patients appreciate someone who makes you feel comfortable. A smile goes a long way. The doctor, however, has a great personality and makes me feel better just by talking to me. A very good appointment.

Communication was poor. No accountability. The notes left in my chart are not fully accurate (only has docs point of view) and I feel certain my chart messages have been deleted.

I use machine to check in so did not have a chance to talk to clark recepience. Most of the communication between my provider and me is on mychart.

Dr. Sanchez is very comprehensive and thorough.

Dr. Sanchez is the best primary care provider I have ever had and I recommend her to all of my friends and family in the Milwaukee area.
