Dr. Sanchez is amazing. I recommend her to anyone l know who is looking for a primary care provider. She really cares about her patients and takes time to listen to all of your concerns.

I thought the staff was very pleasant and attentive.

I had a pleasant experience both times I arrived. I knew I would be late for the first visit, so I called to let them know. They had gotten me in at the earliest next available appointment. The receptionists were warm and friendly about the whole situation. Dr. Sanchez was friendly also.

I have a health condition that is caused by the Epstein bar virus but because Dr. Sanchez doesn't believe in that she completely blew me off. It's really sad when doctors go with their main stream training as their only source of information instead of branching out into other avenues to learn the source of disease or infection. She believes that fibromyalgia is a legitimate Diagnosis when it's merely just a symptom of something bigger going on but she doesn't believe that Epstein bar virus which is one of the hardest viruses to treat and can cause many diseases. Epstein bar virus is the true source of fibromyalgia. This is a very fixed mindset She has and I don't prefer to work with doctors like that. My good friend referred me to her thinking that she was really nice and cared but she didn't seem to care 1 ounce. I also needed a refill on a prescription that I only use 1 to 2 times a month but because it's a pain killer she wouldn't give it to me even though I've been on it for years without issues.

Dr. Sanchez seems like a good, nice doctor. This was my first visit (as I have an insurance change). I felt like she was rushed. This WAS my first visit so more time should have be allotted.

All visits were positive.

The service I got was very good.

The wait times are always long!! Waiting to go into room & then waiting for the doctor. That's for every doctor I've every seen.
April 20, 2021
was a good experience with the doctor
April 20, 2021
it was a normal 3 month follow up appointment. it went well
April 14, 2021
My visit was virtual and it was the first time I have an appointment in this manner. I live ~90 minutes from my provider location, but like the care I receive so I haven't chosen to find someone closer. With that in mind, this virtual visit was essentially a med-check, which in my opinion didn't necessitate an in-person visit since I have been on the same medication for years and there have not been any recent changes or medical emergencies. The virtual visit was great, technology seemed to work well, and I felt that I received the same level of care as a "normal" appointment. I am hopeful that these types of visits for minor/routine needs can continue post-pandemic.

A woman should never have to wait naked under a gown for more than a minute or two for the doctor to come back. Very degrading and rude. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for Dr Sanchez to come in to complete my physical.
