She always takes the time to listen and discuss whatever is going on, responds quickly to MyChart messages. Her assistant is very thorough and caring, responds quickly to any needs between visits.

Dr. Serb is very easy to talk to. She is knowledgeable about my medications and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed when I see her, even though I'm sure she is very busy.
