My entire visit at ProHealth Care was wonderful from start to finish. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist who kindly walked me through the check-in process and directed me to the waiting room. I had barely taken a seat when I was called back, which was very impressive.I always feel a little nervous when going to the doctor, and my blood pressure is usually high because of that. This time, however, the nurse took a few moments to chat with me and help me relax before taking my blood pressure. Her kindness really helped calm me down, and I ended up getting a great reading.My doctor is always so pleasant and makes me feel as comfortable as possible. She truly listens to what I have to say, and we have meaningful conversations about my conditions and any concerns I may have. I always feel heard and supported during my appointments.I genuinely appreciate the care I receive and really like both my doctor and her nurse. They make a visit that could feel stressful a very positive experience.
