The office and nursing staff are very courteous and efficient. Dr. Serna always does a thorough exam and explains continuing care and what I should expect. He is very caring and considerate and always answers all of my questions

Once we finally found the correct building it was the woman that was standing at the entrance and the person who was pushing my wheelchair whee we ran into a problem. We had never been at this clinic before and the person pushing me asked if we were to check in by the kiosks on the side and she had to ask 3 times to get a response

Loved the visit with the provider. He ordered blood work. A royal pain to have to check in again before getting blood draw. It didn't used to be that way. Don't like it.

I consider myself lucky to have this provider. He is knowledgable, compassionate and experienced. His past treatment has been excellent and he continues to provide up to date recommendations.
