Receptionists - on average - could be friendlier and warmer at the location where Dr Sheedy practices.

They always leave enough space between patients so that we can pack up and soothe the baby after his shots. We never feel rushed.

Dr Sheedy FAR exceeded our expectations. We met with him for a wellness exam for Samuel and to see if he'd be a good fit. He was respectful, kind, friendly, great at educating and thorough. 10/10.

I am very satisfied with the way the dr and nurses and receptionist treat my child I dont have anything bad to say about any of the prohealthcare provider due to the fact their all respectful and they care about my child well being I would recommend this clinic to anyone thank you all for caring and for loving the job all of yall do

Dr. Sheedy is excellent, well-educated, keeps up with current research, and is reassuring to us as first time parents. We trust his expertise and enjoy seeing him.

My last visit to the doctor was with my daughter. She had diarrhea for more than 10 days. The doctor explained everything perfectly why it was like that and what we should do next to improve my daughter's condition. And it really worked.

Overall we like our provider. However, the nurse that checked us in listened to music the whole time in one ear using an AirPod. I found this very concerning when she continued to listen to music while taking my child's blood pressure and only used one ear piece of the stethoscope. This experience makes me consider finding a new provider.

Dr. Sheedy is an amazing pediatrician. He is funny, patient, knowledgeable, & thorough. ProHealth is lucky to have him!
