I was asked if okay to just post test results on My Chart, which I replied, yes.

Everything with my office went well. It was your phone service which I have a problem with. When I called I explained my condition, I explained that I wasn't sure if my dr. Could take care of my condition or if I needed a dermatologist. I expressed my feelings that a dermatologist was necessary. They went away from the phone and came back and assured me that my dr. Could take care of this. So I went to my dr. And was told unfortunately not that I would have to see a dermatologist. So now I'll have to pay for a needless dr. Visit and time missed from work. Now I have another appointment with a dermatologist where I'll again miss work. Your use of unqualified people in a phone service will cost myself a lot more money than is acceptable to me. Dr. Sherman and her staff were fantastic! Your phone service unacceptable. If it takes me stopping in and talking to my Drs staff with a question I will do so. I will not use your unqualified phone service. What happened to using what's best for the patient?

I LOVE Dr. Sherman and wouldn't even consider going to anyone else.

Dr. Sherman is my PCP but I can't EVER get in to see her except for my every 6 month exams which are scheduled 6 months in advance. I have seen so many other providers due to her lack of accessibility that my insurance sent a new insurance card with another provider listed!I have had to be seen by PA's and nurse practioners for 4 other appointments or told to go to urgent care.
