I would like to have one of the ms nurses do the intake instead of a medical admin. It is important to me that they know me in the event that I have an emergency in the future, and I don't know how to do that if I don't have the opportunity to see them at my regular appointments.

My daughter was unable to attend my doctor appointment with me. Dr. Smith know I have a hearing problem she took her time, spoke loud and clear for me to understand. I am so glad Dr. Smith is my doctor.

I had another appointment with another doctor. Dr Smith took the time to see me to a problem I that came up during the visit with the other doctor. She had a full schedule but made time to do this. Quite remarkable!!

Dr. Smith asked if I was vaccinated. I said yes, and she immediately took her mask off. She said put it back on if she got real close, but the whole time we were still sitting and talking pretty closely. Maybe she feels like I am low risk, but I think it's not her decision. She should ask any patient what their preference is about mask wearing, especially when patients go to the dr and think they will be in an environment where masks are worn. It also too bad the hospital is apparently short staffed, because no follow ups are made if bloodwork comes back normal. Great way for mistakes to happen, where positive results get I overlooked and patients assume everything If fine.

Dr. Smith is a provider that one hopes that have in a lifetime as she is an absolute gem. She is an extremely compassionate person that always takes the time to listen to you and answers any question you may have in a clear and concise manner. I hope the organization at ProHealth realizes how lucky they are to have Dr. Stanya Smith.
