Great visit

I am happy and satisfied with my visit.

Overal good experience. Appreciate getting me in short notice for possible fracture

Received X-ray to determine if toe was fractured. Was told a fracture was not identified but if toe didn't heal in 5 weeks to come back. Conversation was recorded with AI and after visit summary had inaccurate information not even pertinent to my health. Doctor was nice, did Identify arthritis and wrote a script for orthotics but not really able to help me with my other foot issues. Will need to see a specialist for that.

He was very knowledgeable as well as having a good bedside manner.

Dr Sockrider and his nurse were both very helpful and pleasant. They both made time to explain things thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I was actually surprised with how thorough they were, and so very much appreciated how gentle and understanding they both were.

Dr Sockrider is excellent, informed and always helpful. I highly recommend him to everyone I know who needs a podiatrist.

I have no complaints about ProHealth. All my doctors and staff are great!

I do not like that I had to sign my information when checking in with a pad that is touched by every single person who checks in. I have topical allergies and cannot use the provided hand sanitizer or the wipes to clean the surface. I would like to be able to check in online and then verbally confirm at the reception desk without needing to touch anything.

Dr. Sockrider has been my podiatrist for years - he has always up-front with my conditions.
