Dr. Sockrider trimmed callous painlessly. Recommended orthotic shoe inserts and where to get them. Shoe inserts are working well.

I was referred to podiatry from urgent care and called same day for an appt asap for a broken bone. Patient customer rep went out of her way to get me in very next day. Doctor actually came in early to see me! Very knowledgeable, but did not receive all info on risks until notes found in my chart. Overall, almost all my experiences with ProHealth have been great. My one complaint is that my chart notes always indicate the staff have done, or notified me of things that were in reality not performed, or discussed.

I suspect the nature of my ailment dictates trial and error treatment (strained Achilles) and waiting time some thing I am admittedly not good at. Yet, I am a little disappointed that there doesn't seem to be a well defined protocol for moving through treatment stages. Prescribing PT seemed to be a "let's try it, it can't hurt" decision.

Just moved to this area from out-of-state and am pleased with Dr. Sockrider. Am also pleased with the ability to link my medical records in Epic (myChart) among all providers across several medical systems. This avoids the necessity to enter medications, history, immunizations, etc every time a different provider is seen.
