I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I will say the nurse at this appt had zero bedside manner. She made me feel uncomfortable and like she did not care at all. The male I worked with last year was more compassionate and I felt genuinely cared for by him. When someone is dealing with a debilitating issue on their face, put yourself in their shoes. Be kind.
