I would NEVER recommend Dr. Song to anyone. She was awful. Didn't seem to take interest in my concerns, rushed the exam, and frankly seemed clueless. Absolutely appalling.

It was a good experiences that I received during the visit. The doctor and nurse were friendly and professional.

This specialist and their medical assistant were very helpful and courteous.

Dr. Song is excellent. This note is for the survey team. You ask about phone calls. I didn't call but I used MyChart to ask a question. Perhaps you want to review the questions about contacting my doctor to reflect current means of contact.

Dr. Song and Dee were great to work with! I was very satisfied with my visit.

All very good with the experience but I would like to say I don't like checking in with a kiosk. It does not feel remotely personal and because of that there will be no connection with your receptionist.

Very friendly and very helpful

Dr. Song was attentive, respectful and took time with me being this was my first meeting. She examined my skin over my body and answered any questions that I had and explained any areas of concern. She gave me an overall "good bill of health".

I came for a routine check and to get the irritating skin issues taken care of. She didn't seem to care how irritating they were, basically just told me I have to live with it. Now I will have to see another doctor to help me, because it is awful dealing with the irritation.

I felt that the body exam was not as complete as I would hope. No exam on back of legs & buttocks. Hx of skin cancer in the past due to tan bed use. Dr. Song it very nice. Her staff too.
