Everything was very good! After using self check-in I was called back to the room within about 5 minutes. The assistant asked questions and listened to my answers and conversations very closely as did Heather. The exam was very thorough and addressed my concerns and gave information for next steps.

This is the first time I saw Heather Sorum APNP. She was friendly and listened to my issue and examined me appropriately and then she went to obtain more information about her findings. As a result she recommended I see an ENT and she made an appointment for me which was within an hour of seeing her. I very much appreciated her efforts.
