Don't think I've dealt w/Kaitlyn NP before. I was very impressed w/her "bedside" manner. Been dealing w/much stress this last month. She was kind, which is what I needed along with taking care of business.

Kaitlyn Studinski is not someone who I know but she was available the day I needed emergency care I am glad I saw her and she was able to diagnose me, thoroughly explain the diagnosis, and explain the next steps. I am so grateful.

Kaitlen actually arranged a same day app. For me at the eye doctor, which are almost impossible to ontain. She was great - very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had no interaction with the reception staff. I had done my check-in online. However- none of the reception staff acknowledged me.

Getting to talk with a person on the initial call very difficult! Human interaction is far better then talking to a robot!

Everything was great. I felt like I was listened to and treated appropriately and in a very timely fashion, including follow up to the tests I had done.
