Very thorough and genuine

This was my first time seeing Kaitlyn, and I am very pleased. She was as thorough as my PCP. Kaitlyn knew what I needed to get the most out of my visit and was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.

The issue is whether the check in is working properly or if the staff is able to lend a hand.

I went into the appointment with concerns and when talking about them, my doctor was clearly engaged and just as concerned as I was. I had done some research and she helped me connect my symptoms with a few options that were the most likely. Due to it being a reproductive health situation, it's hard to diagnose these conditions. She made sure to do a range of tests, asked my family history with illnesses to see what is important to test, and when results came in she made sure to message me about results. She also touched on a past visit I had and made sure I didn't need a refill on an as needed prescription. I had no bad experiences. I was given a referral for an obgyn within a day and got to schedule for more accurate care.

Kaitlyn Studinski was very pleasant! She took the time to address my concerns. She also gave some options on how to navigate the insurance for RX. This was much appreciated. All doctors should take the time like she did to learn about insurance coverage and costs of items. This is an important factor in determining health care plans and affordability.

The lady I saw before my provider (who took my height, weight, vitals) was not very friendly to me the whole time I talked to her. She also didn't warn me about the pain from my tetanus shot.
