Deborah Swearingen is a thoughtful, caring and professional provider. She is invaluable in guiding us through dementia due to Alzheimer's. As it advances, she helps us understand how to adjust and remain together.

Debbie Swearingen listens intently to what I had to say about my changes to my condition and recommended slight changes and even added an OTC supplement that could help me alot. Always very pleasant and kind to me as a patient.

Give respect to the front desk personnel. They are not "clerks." They're PSC's or CSR's. A clerk is so demeaning.
