No complaints...Dr Thiru is really great!

I'm thankful for the health team that I see!!

I waited 4.5 months to see Dr. Thiru. She spent a lot of time with me but did not "hear" my concerns. She ran thru my med history but when I had a question she hurriedly move past it or said we don't do that here or it's not covered by my insurance (I called my insurance and in fact 2 tests WERE covered by my insurance. I requested 2 x-rays (suggested by my physical therapist) and she did not want to order them. I pushed for the x-rays and she finally, with a huff, ordered. Turns out I have concerns with the areas x-rayed. I was told I would receive a call from the office about a question I had, did not receive a call. I had to message thru MyChart for a response. I feel that Dr. Thiru is not very open to questions/concerns. I am looking for another doctor to see who might be more of a partner in my care.

Dr. Thiru and her MA's are amazing. I have been with them over 20 years and have referred family to them.

It would be nice if my provider(s) gave me some encouragement that I was doing a good job of maintaining my health.

I am always very satisfied with the staff and my doctor during my visit. Everyone is very helpful and attentive to my needs.

Dr. T is very professional and always shows interest in the personal things that affect me. As a human being, she cares about you and offers words of encouragement when you need them.

Very pleasant experience. They answered questions and explained tests we need to start doing because of my age. The receptionist was hilarious.
