The nurse couldn't pronounce the name of my prescriptions

At my visits she provides me with, and we discuss, the test/results. Before turning to medication I try to manage any concerns that come up with natural ways such as good nutrition and eating well, natural supplement, meditation and mindfulness, healthy exercise and staying active both mentally and physically and we discuss this. I have been seeing her for many years and she has helped me through many situations In that time. The biggest issue I deal now is my anxiety that I work hard at keeping it in check but find myself needing some assistance with medication to help make it manageable at times. She has been wonderful at helping me through this which I am very grateful for.

I thought it might be a good idea to see a pulmonologist but she thought it not necessary. She did recommend I see a nose throat doctor. I have so much phlegm I cough up and my chest is heavy.

She was great. I didn't have a GP, this was my first visit with her. She said if there were any concerns with the bloodwork, she would call. If everything looked okay, results would be posted in MyChart. Everything was within normal range, which is why there was no follow-up call necessary.

The only bad experience would be with billing. The kiosk made us pay a $35 copay which we should not have had to pay. We do not have a copay for routine visits and this is not the first time this has happened. I always have to call to get a refund. Wish there was a way to flag my wife and my files so this doesn't keep happening.

Dr Thiru and the office staff made time for me, were pleasant, efficient and provided a helpful solution for my situation. I feel confident in their knowledge and skill.

Dr.Thiru is an excellent, professional, and caring doctor that I know and trust to provide me with "the best" medical care.

I really appreciate the care that Dr. Thiru gives to me at each visit. She is extremely knowledgeable and conducts herself with understanding and respect. I see many Drs and I actually look forward to my visit with her. Her staff is very welcoming and attentive. I hope to continue seeing Dr Thiru for many years. Also, I have recommended her to my daughter and she has started seeing her.
