Urgent care does not seem concerning about needs being met and always in a hurry and only spends about 5 minutes.

Scheduling system is difficult at times. Calling in is difficult. 10 options, then finally someone answers. Not sure if these people are third party or employees of ProHealth. Some are very hard to understand. This week there were two appointments back to back for some reason. It was just a follow up from last week. Most difficult to cancel the second appointment. As Epic keeps upgrading the software it is much harder to keep up with the changes. I have an appointment this afternoon.
