My family is incredibly grateful for Dr. Tzougros. He is consistently knowledgeable regarding our son's medical concerns and has a gift for explaining complex information in an accessible way. It is clear he stays current with the latest research, which gives us great confidence in his decision-making. I highly recommend him to any parent looking for a dedicated and superb pediatrician.

Dr. Joe always takes time to engage with my children and uses humor appropriate to their age level. We look forward to these visits and my children have a positive attitude about doctors overall, due to the environment Dr. Joe and the other staff have created!

The automated scheduling is horrible, I was then sent to a scheduler who did not have an accurate schedule for our primary doctor.

I was appalled at how rude Dr Tzougros was. He used the phrase "choosing not to protect my children" several times in regards to how I choose to care for my children. It was disrespectful. I can't believe he has any patients at all. If you disagree with what he believes, he is rude. It's that simple. Extremely poor communication skills. I can't believe he talked to me the way he did. Would never recommend to anyone.

Dr. Joe has been my children's pediatrician since birth. They are in their late teens and early 20's now and they still want to go to him. I do as well as he is super knowledgeable, always listens to my concerns and is easy to book an appointment with. The office is 40 minutes away from my house since I moved 11 years ago and I still would prefer to visit his office as opposed to finding someone closer. Highly recommend!
