Dr Uy is a great doctor that I can discuss any subject with. He is very kind, communicative and spends the time needed to listen to me. But behind every successful doctor is his nurse that first checks in with you. That is Deb. She is very outgoing and friendly. She just doesn't take your vitals but inquiries what is going on in your life. She is always great to see and talk with. I feel they are a great team.

I had a physical. It was a horrible experience and had several questions I didn't ask because I feared I would be charged an unknown amount. The whole office visit was tense. Ni think he is an excellent doctor but the policy of me signing a paper that allows the office to charge ANYTHING THEY WANT with letting me know is ridiculous. They said I should ASK if they may charge for any questions I ask. As he came in he nicely said, " How are you?" I froze up. I finally said will I be charged if I answer? Every question I asked or answered I had to ask if I would be charged. It was crazy! I will be looking for another doctor that will just tell me if I will be charged when I ask. Patients are going to die because of this policy. It's a physical! You should feel free to let your doctor know ANY worries. Shame on this doctor for allowing this policy and shame on Prohealth. Rename yourself ANTIhealth.
