The nurse in this office is exceptional. The survey didn't mention the nursing staff, but I feel this person can make it a good match for care or not. The nurse confirms, for me, that my choice in care is a good one.

I feel extremely lucky to have Dr. Charlene Vander Zanden as my primary care physician. She is caring, informed, presents options, shows she knows my history. Always makes me feel comfortable in her hands. She also answers & explains lab results & responds to texts in my chart.
