No complaints with our provider, but we originally scheduled an Urgent Care appointment, which was switched to our primary without notice. Some sort of communication about the switch would have been nice.

The doctor and her staff were friendly and Chloe was amazing. By far one of the best experiences I've (and the kiddos!) had at a healthcare facility.

Dr. Vipond has known Kevin since birth and is very familiar with all his ups and downs. She always treats him (and his parents) wonderfully and with respect.

Dr. Vipond took care of us at the hospital quickly and efficiently. She even found an injury on my newborn daughter the hospital missed. Broken/fractured collar bone. Dr. Vipond is an amazing doctor and has answered all our questions about our children's care with up most respect and explains this well.

Dr. Vipond is amazing. She always takes the time to listen to her patient first but also listens the the information or questions I have as well. I love that she addresses my daughter with her questions and explanations. She is wonderful with my daughter. It is important to add that every time we leave Dr. Vipond's office I feel that she heard and addressed any concerns we had.
