Always fast & helpful care!

The new scheduling system is horrible. It is very impersonal and borders insulting. I do not feel like I am getting the same quality or attention as I used to. I am scheduling a doctor appointment not calling about my credit card bill. There is no warmth or care anymore. For people with auditory processing issues it will be near impossible to understand the operators accent. I prefer to call in as opposed yo using the online scheduling system as the online is not a definitive but more of a wait and see if your chosen time frame works.

Dr. Vipond is a fantastic doctor. She is great with my daughter and other family members that see her.

Great experience! Only suggestion would be to offer an nurse advice line to call with questions.

No complaints with our provider, but we originally scheduled an Urgent Care appointment, which was switched to our primary without notice. Some sort of communication about the switch would have been nice.
