I strive for relaxed, interactive patient visits so I can get to know my patients and better understand their healthcare needs and expectations. I love my Dr and her team from nursing staff to lab, etc. My issue is that now when I call I am routed to a call center who cannot communicate effectively as if the questions are off script they do not know what to say. Its a shame that we are now driven to speak to others in another country when trying to get in touch with my doctor who is down the road. I know people need to work and I am not slighting them......I am disappointed at ProHealth for not utilizing the people in our community to take those calls and get to know the people who they are caring for. I could walk in prior and know the receptionist who took my urgent care call, her family, she knew mine, etc. Now we are just a cog in the machine for BIG BUSINESS who does not care about anything but money.

My normal provider was not in and Dr. Walloch was able to see me same day. Wait time was abnormally too long (30 minutes) however I was grateful to be seen on short notice.

Your new AI telephone system should be banned. Impossible to use for someone with hearing loss. Very disappointing.
