Dr. Jane Walloch is the best dr. at ProHealth. Its too bad I can't say the same about some of the specialty drs.

Very understanding

Dr. Walloch was excellent. I was disappointed that I could not set up an appointment with a DPM for a month. Unfortunately, I have moved on to another provider for Podiatry services who could see me in a timely manner.

Every time I go to Dr. Walloch she usually sends me to a specialist, 9 times out of 10!! I have enough doctors I don't need more, why can't she ever help me without sending me elsewhere.

I had tests taken. I got the results in a couple days. More tests were ordered, trying to find out what the problem is.

Dr. Walloch is excellent - caring, kind. Great follow up care above & beyond. So lucky to have her.

Message my PCP to whether I needed an appointment with them or if I can go directly to a knee specialist. I got a call from a nurse informing me I needed to see my PCP first. Took off work for this appointment, went with the doctor for less than 15 mins., doctors said I needed to go to a knee specialist. So doctor's appointment was a waste of time. Also, the doctor stated if they knew about my message & prior knee problems she would have just sent me to the knee specialist vs. seeing her. Waste of my time!

Dr Walloch is a caring doctor, but the overall process for visits/consultations are rushed and have I often left me feeling confused and frustrated. I try to ask questions ans find myself apologizing because her nurse seems annoyed with me- that is a failure of the healthcare system and the pressures put on staff that I shouldn't have to deal w as a patient trying to clearly understand my health and options for care if need be. Everything is so rushed and the full spectrum of options and knowledge is not passed on to patient- it's a quick fix and get out. I just want to be an informed patient, but seems as though there isn't the time needed to offer this kind of patient care.
