Scheduled for an apt in Oconomowoc @8:30 with Wassenaar. I drove 35 minutes to get there and was informed my apt was in Pewaukee @9:30.I live 10 minutes from the hospital but please make it as inconvenient for the patient as possible. When I got home my calendar did indeed say 8:30 in Oconomowoc. When I got home a reminder email was waiting for me. "Will you be able to be in Oconomowoc @8:30. This is rubbish. It's back office stuff that's killing you not the docs.

Although no one called about test results, I did receive a text to inform that the results could be viewed in My Chart. Please instruct patients that have to bring in completed samples for the lab to register in the lobby for this dropoff too.
