I feel privileged to have Dr Way as my primary care physician. I always get timely accurate assistance with the best, appropriate care possible. The nurses, lab technician and front desk are all pleasant and efficient. I feel in good hands with Prohealth in Hartland.

There was not one unpleasant moment from reception, nurse to doctor way. Everyone is kind, patient, and listens.

I always enjoy coming in for my annual physical. I have just one small issue with respect to the lab department. The technician called me "honey"I would prefer to be called by my given name. It is my observation that older individuals really don't like to be called honey or sweetie.

Dr. Way always heard out everything I have to say and makes me feel that we are definitely a team. I really appreciate her way of practicing and showing up for her patients. 10/10 health care experience, and best care team I have ever had.

The nurses for this provider is not helping well even after sending messages, they where not quick and understandable. Seems not a good service and especially in this medical field, so taught of moving to different family medicine practice.

This was the 1st time we saw Dr Way as our MD retired. She knew my history well and was helpful and professional. We liked her.

I was mostly concerned about the failure of my bladder to function as It had bee functioning allmy Iife. Also,I Never had a good diagnosis of what thrombosis was doing had done or was about to do to me!
