I ended up liking Dr Way and her staff so much more than I expected I would, and was super surprised about it. I thanked them afterwards and expressed my gratitude and frankly, surprise. It felt very different than some other doctors and departments at Prohealth Care. Like a dermatology doctor at a different location.

Note that this was only my second time meeting with Dr. Way (as I recently started with Dr. Way as my Primary Care Physician in Jan. 2026 due to my prior Primary Care Physician no longer being with Pro Health). But in those first two meetings, I've been very pleased with her thorough and caring approach to her work.
