Doctor not very personsble

I dislike My Chart - not user friendly at all - it was before they became security conscious- have to call into office for any info - if I'm using my finger print and facial recognition- isn't that enuf? Now I have to wait to verify upon receiving a code thru text - terrible - what if it was an EMERGENCY! I will call in from now on - thank you
