I have been going to this office for a few years. The person taking my blood for my lab work was so very friendly and so was the woman working at the check-in desk. Your text reminders may not want to tell patients to come 15 minutes early for a 7:00 am appointment. The staff does not arrive until 7:00. Lastly, please have staff relay more details about the proper number of hours to fast prior to labs for a physical.
