Too long to get on the schedule with this provider

Dr.told me to make appointment with the receptionist inside the offices area. I sat at desk for a while then she appeared saying she couldn't help me she was at lunch. She said I could check out in the lobby at exit door. I told her I needed to make other appointments for testing and heart monitor. She looked irritated and said I could go to the person right behind her. That person seemed surprised. I think she was taking care of the patients on the other side of the office. I sat down and she said she will help me, might take some time though. I really appreciated her helping me. She made the best of the situation. I totally understand the woman being on break. If she could have told me what time she would return I would gladly have waited for her. She made me feel like I was being pushed off to someone in the exit area. I explained I needed some questions answered and appointments made. I don't ever make comments but thought about her lack of compassion being abruptly dismissive several times after the appointment. Again, I understand the lunch break, just think it could have been handled differently. I would not have treated her that way if situation was switched. Thank you for your time.

Dr. Yaghmour asst. that performed the EKG was excellent! Both women who were checking patients were RUDE. I did not notice one patient that would have been difficult to handle. Time to reset!
