Philosophy of care

“I believe doctor patient relationships that are based on mutual understanding, trust and respect deliver the best health care outcomes. Practicing family medicine allows me to build these relationships across entire families, which is a unique experience in medicine. I only use this provider in the summer months with normal care provided in Florida.

I went in to get an object out of my eye. I waited a long time. So they switched me to a doctor to see my problem. With a rust object in my eye. She got it out now I am fine. Thanks to the doctor that helped me.

Dr. Y's service was not as good as previous visits. She seemed rushed. She failed to look at my skin concerns as I had requested. She was focused on her checklist and canned spiel. Dr. Y has asked me to improve my diet on my previous visits, and I was disappointed that she didn't notice or comment on my 35 pound weight loss.

Dr. Y. is always friendly, kind and respectful. I would NOT consider changing providers. She's given me very helpful guidance.

Dr. Yalovetskaya is a wonderful doctor. Listens intently, answers all questions. Only problem is wait time. She seems to have a large following and sometimes difficult to get an app't as soon as I would like.

Dr Y did a great job

Just the wait time past my appointment time needs to be cut down. Much too long especially when scheduled during the workday.

Always have had a good experience at the ProHealthcare office in Brookfield. Receptionists are always curious and pleasant to talk with while checking in. The MyChart app is wonderful in that I can schedule my regular checkups on the go and also communicate with my doctor as needed. Overall a wonderful experience with the organization and my doctor.

I've always felt comfortable with Dr. Y and all of the people at Prohealth that I've talked to. She's the best provider I've had, she does an excellent job.

I have been seen 3 times and not physically touched to be evaluated, such as pressing on my stomach, checking my ankles for swelling or had someone look into my throat, or ears. is this due to the pandemic? because I was charged $318 for an incomplete visit. I am not happy and considering switching providers. it was written in my aftervisit summary that things were checked, but I can assure you they were not.
