Always have had a good experience at the ProHealthcare office in Brookfield. Receptionists are always curious and pleasant to talk with while checking in. The MyChart app is wonderful in that I can schedule my regular checkups on the go and also communicate with my doctor as needed. Overall a wonderful experience with the organization and my doctor.

I've always felt comfortable with Dr. Y and all of the people at Prohealth that I've talked to. She's the best provider I've had, she does an excellent job.

I have been seen 3 times and not physically touched to be evaluated, such as pressing on my stomach, checking my ankles for swelling or had someone look into my throat, or ears. is this due to the pandemic? because I was charged $318 for an incomplete visit. I am not happy and considering switching providers. it was written in my aftervisit summary that things were checked, but I can assure you they were not.

Experience was OK.

In general, it was a very good experience in all respects. My doctor addressed the complaint that I brought to her attention and had a, so far, successful plan of treatment. I respect the time constraints that all doctor have to comply to and know that makes their jobs difficult.

Dr. Y. is always very respectful, courteous, & helpful. She's a great listener & is good about trying new things (i.e., I was in a car accident - 1 year ago & still hurting. We keep trying new things until we find what works).

Dr. Y is my primary doctor and she is the only doctor I ever met whom I feel comfortable with and it's very apparent she actually cares. She is a very special person and I'm grateful to have her as my doctor. Thank you

I trust Dr. Yalovetskaya to give me information clearly, to help me make any decisions, and to guide me as to the best possible care.

This recent appointment is for lab follow up, but I had style on left eye, asked doctor to look at but she told me she doesn't know what it was, referred me to see specialist. Specialist prescribed me ointment and care that I need to do at home. I'm surprised and disappointed that my primary doctor could not do this for me.
