I absolutely love Joy! She's informative, listens and has compassion and a great sense of humor!

I like that the practice utilized the services of NPs . They are well qualified and usually available for non emergency care.

When my mom's regular doctor wasn't available for a last-minute appointment, we scheduled an appointment with Joy. Joy was very thorough, listened to my mom before speaking, asked good, probing questions, had an amazing bedside manner, explained next steps clearly, etc. This was a 10/10 visit in terms of provider evaluation. Overall, I found Joy to be attentive, patient, knowledgeable/smart, kind, reassuring, and had clear communication skills.

Joy was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will ask for her again.

Joy was great. Very helpful and informative.

Joy was great - ProHealth seems to be way behind on medical - no lipid specialist and no one to do food allergies. Results from my blood test showed inflammation - response from care team was that all other tests were normal so not sure what is causing your pain - no further tests nothing - really no point in going to a doctor if I can google more information than PH gives.

Overall, the visit with my Doctor went pretty well, and I have nothing else to comment on.
