The phone center is not handled at this providers location.The phone center is fulfilled by st home workers and it is terrible! I refuse to use it any more. It is more efficient and successful for me to drive to my local clinic and talk with someone at the front desk. Last few scheduled appointments I spent over 90 minutes on the phone with more than 4 people trying to get information and finally gave up. I drive to my clinic and accomplished what was needed and spent less than 40 minutes to drive both ways and get the help I expected! Phone center sucks staff at my care center Is amazing!!
