Ali is the best provider in your office. She always takes care to hear my concerns. She celebrates my wellness wins no matter how big or small they seem. She never disparages or belittles me for the things I still need to do to be healthier. Instead she shows confidence in me by telling me that she knows when I am ready, she knows I will be successful taking that next healthy step. It's because of her positive attitude and belief in me that I quit smoking. I knew I could but when it was tough, I remembered that she told me I could and it kept me going. I look forward to our appointments so that I can share my health wins because I know she is going to take a moment to recognize them and celebrate with me. Ali should be recognized for both her clinical knowledge and patient care.
